PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT /COUNTY CLERK Fees $20.00 1`M1 ORDINANCE NO. 20,300 ~2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 18,166 AND REVOKE A 4 PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT TITLED YOUNG SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 6764), 5 LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COLONEL GLENN AND 6 PRITCHARD MILL ROADS, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'S 7 EXTRATERRITORIAL PLANNING JURISDICTION, PULASKI COUNTY, 8 ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF 9 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PROPOSES. 10 11 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 18,166 was passed on December 20, 1999, establishing a planned 12 zoning district; and 13 WHEREAS, the current property owner has requested the repeal of the "PZD" zoning for this 14 property and the zoning be restored to the previously held C -3, General Commercial District; and 15 WHEREAS, on July 1, 2010, the Little Rock Planning Commission voted to recommend revocation 16 of the "PZD" zoning for this property and restoring the previously held C -3, General Commercial 17 District. 18 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 19 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. 20 Section 1. That Ordinance No. 18,166 is hereby repealed, removing from the official zoning map the 21 classification PCD Planned Commercial District titled Young Short-Form PCD (Z -6764) located on 22 Southwest corner of Colonel Glenn and Pritchard Mill Roads. 23 Section 2. That the following - described property be rezoned to C -3, General Commercial District: 24 All that part of the SW ''/2, NW ' /4, and the W '' /z, SW `'A, Section 13, Township 1 North, 25 Range 14 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more fully described as follows: Commencing 26 at the SW corner of said SW ' /4, NW ' /4, Section 13; run thence north along west line 27 thereof for 593.0 feet to the centerline of Colonel Glenn Road; thence S78 °1 l'E along the 28 centerline of said road for 917.6 feet; thence S68° 38'E 278.72 feet to the point of 29 beginning; thence continue S68° 38'E 159.68 feet; thence leaving said centerline south 30 along the east line of W '' /z, W '/z, of Section 13, 1439.06 feet; thence west 148.7 feet; 31 thence north 1497.24 feet to the point of beginning and containing 5.01 acres more or 32 less. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 2 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 3 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof. 4 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 5 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 6 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 7 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 8 ordinance. 9 Section 5. Repealer.
