3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
5 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
10 indicated:
11 Z-8523 — Described as part of the South 1/2 NE 1/4, Section 1, T -1 -N, R-14-W, Pulaski
12 County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
13 BEGINNING at a I inch pipe at the SE corner of said South 1/2 NE '/4 for the POINT
14 OF BEGINNING; thence N88'46'54" West along the South line of said South V2 NE
15 1/4., a distance of 2,640.50 feet to a cotton picker spindle at the SW corner of said South
16 V2 NE 1/4; thence N00 '50'50" East along the West line of said South V2 NE 1/4, a distance
17 of 1,238.54 feet to the south floodway line of Rock Creek; thence along the south
18 floodway line the following bearing and distances: N89'25'08" East 275.46 feet;
19 S86'53'38" East, 129.73 feet; S76054'06" East, 136-14 feet; S75'39'55" East, 165.35

Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item; sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
