3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
5 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
10 indicated:
11 Z -8515 — Described as Tract 1 — Part of the NE 1/4 of the SE '/4 of Section 4, T -1 -S, R -13-
12 W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
13 follows: Begin 33 feet West and 125 feet South of the NE corner of said NE '/4 SE '/4;
14 thence West 140 feet; thence South 110 feet; thence East 110 feet; thence East 140 feet;
15 thence North 110 feet to the point of beginning.
16 AND
17 Tract 2 — Part of the NE '/4 of the SE '/4 and part of the SE '/4 of the NE '/4 of Section 4, T-
18 1 -S, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
19 described as follows, to -wit: Begin at the NE corner of the NE '/4 SE '/4 of Section 4;
20 thence South 125 feet; thence West 173 feet; thence South 110 feet; thence East 173 feet
21 to the East line of said NE '/4 SE '/4; thence South 143.5 feet; thence West 363.4 feet;
22 thence N15 °30' West, 334.9 feet to the South right -of -way line of Interstate Highway No.
23 30; thence in a Northeasterly direction along said right -of -way line of Interstate Highway
24 No. 30, a distance of 498.0 feet; thence South 185 feet to the Point of Beginning. LESS
25 AND EXCEPT the East 33 feet of that part lying in the NE '/4 of the SE '/4 and LESS
26 AND EXCEPT that part deeded to the Arkansas State Highway Department in Deed
27 Book 1232, Page 232: From "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial
28 District (11125 Interstate 30).
29 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
30 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
31 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
32 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the d%„0 its

I Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
2 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
3 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
4 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
5 ordinance.
6 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
7 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
