HomeMy WebLinkAbout20236Received: Recorded in Official Records of PAT 04/09/2010 10:04:36 AM Filed & r PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK Fees $20,00 1 ORDINANCE NO. 20,236 2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND 4 ESTABLISH A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED LOT 2R SEVEN ACRES 5 BUSINESS PARK REVISED SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 5038 -.I), LOCATED AT 6 6 SEVEN ACRES DRIVE, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE 7 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; 8 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 9 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 11 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from POD 13 to POD: 14 Lot 2R Seven Acres Business Park, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. 15 Section 2. That the approval of Lot 2R Seven Acres Business Park Revised Short-Form POD (Z- 16 5038 -J), located at 6 Seven Acres Drive is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions: 17 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, 18 including all staff' comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning 19 Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any 20 conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H and subject to additional 21 conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as amended by 22 the applicant. 23 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 24 Little Rock Planning Commission. 25 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Lot 2R Seven Acres Business 26 Park Revised Short-Form POD (Z- 5038 -J), located at 6 Seven Acres Drive is conditioned upon obtaining 27 a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code 28 of Ordinances. 29 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 30 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 31 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 32 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 2 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 3 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 4 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 5 ordinance. 6 Section 8. Repealer.
