3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
5 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
9 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
10 indicated:
11 Z -8517 — Described as that portion of the NE 1/4 of the SW '/4, Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
12 Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Commencing at a 1" diameter pipe
13 marking the NE corner of said SW 1/4 of the NW '/4, said Section 8; thence S00 °03' 18"
14 West, a distance of 1,500 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S00 °08'47" West, a
15 distance of 524.65 feet to the North right -of -way line of Interstate Highway 30; thence
16 S74 °09'47" West, along said right -of -way line a distance of 300.79 feet; thence
17 N00 °12'52" West, a distance of 84.96 feet; thence S74 °09'44" West, a distance of 39.95
18 feet; thence N00 °20'00" West, a distance of 518.14 feet; thence N87 °29'45" East, a
19 distance of 332.79 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.20 acres, more or less:
20 From "R -2" Single Family District to "C -4" Open Display District (12722 Interstate 30).
21 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
22 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
23 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
24 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its
25 passage and approval.
26 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
27 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
30 ordinance.
31 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
32 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
