3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
9 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z -8508 — Described as part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski
13 County, Arkansas more particularly described as:
14 Beginning at a point 670 feet South of the NE corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of
15 Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence South 230 feet; thence West 254 feet; thence
16 North 230 feet; thence East 254 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 1.34
17 Acres ±. Subject to a right -of -way for Vimy Ridge Road and utility easements
18 along the East line: From "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial
19 District (11812 Vimy Ridge Road).
20 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
21 Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
22 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
23 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of
24 its passage and approval.
25 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
26 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
27 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
28 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
29 unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance.

I Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
2 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
3 inconsistency.
