That the approval of Homes at Granite Mountain Phase II Long -form PD -R (Z- 7604 =A),._ 32 located on the Northeast corner of Gillam Park Road and Granite Mountain Circle is', Su ect to 33 compliance with the following additional conditions: [Page 1 of 2] y Y, S I That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as submitted, 2 including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission 3 Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated 4 in the staff analysis in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at 5 the Planning Commission Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. 6 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the 7 Little Rock Planning Commission. 8 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Homes at Granite Mountain 9 Phase II Long -form PD -R (Z- 7604 -A), located on the Northeast corner of Gillam Park Road and Granite 10 Mountain Circle is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 11 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. 12 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 13 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 14 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 15 Section 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 16 plan. 17 Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 18 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 19 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 20 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 21 ordinance. 22 Section 8. Repealer.
