ORDINANCE __ 11
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR
UNIVERSITY AVENUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a reduction of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan along University Avenue for Stanton Optical as part
of the Stanton Optical Short -form PCD located at 112 South University Avenue.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to dedicate right of way to the
requirements of the Master Street Plan will be reduced on University Avenue. The specific
reduction is for dedication of right of way of width 10 feet for approximately 150 linear feet on
University Avenue for the frontage of the property which is part of the Stanton Optical Short -
form PCD located 112 South University Avenue.
Subsection b. Along the University Avenue frontage, a right of way dedication of 45 feet
from centerline will be required prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
Section 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
