3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED
4 ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDE FOR THE
5 ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED
6 GILLIAM REVISED SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z- 7948 -C), LOCATED AT #1
7 PORTRAIT DRIVE, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
8 ORDINANCE NO. 19,684 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE
9 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
12 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. That Ordinance No. 19,684 adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on
14 January 16, 2007, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development
15 described as Gilliam Revised Short-form PD -O (Z- 7948 -C), located at #1 Portrait Drive.
16 Section 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed
17 from PD -O to Revised PD -O:
18 Lot 1 Morgan Addition, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
19 Section 3. That the approval of Gilliam Revised Short-form PD-0 (Z- 7948 -C), located at
20 #1 Portrait Drive is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions:
21 That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as submitted,
22 including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning
23 Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any
24 conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H and subject to
25 additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as
26 amended by the applicant.
27 Section 4. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by
28 the Little Rock Planning Commission.
29 Section 5. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Gilliam Revised Short-
30 form PD -O (Z- 7948 -C), located at #1 Portrait Drive is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan

approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of
Ordinances.
Section 6. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 7. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final
approval of the plan.
Section 8. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance.
Section 9. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
