AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT TITLED GOVERNOR'S MANOR REVISED PD -R (Z-
6120-P), LOCATED AT RUSHMORE AVENUE AND CAPITOL
HILLS BOULEVARD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
12 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be
14 changed from PD -R to Revised PD -R:

Section 2. That the approval of Governor's Manor Revised PD -R
(Z- 6120 -P), located at Rushmore Avenue and Capitol Hills Boulevard is subject to
compliance with the following additional conditions:
That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as
submitted, including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in
the Planning Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F
and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis in
paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the

Planning Commission Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. ,� ®� IRE
% Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be
recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.

I Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Governor's
2 Manor Revised PD -R (Z- 6120 -P), located at Rushmore Avenue and Capitol Hills
3 Boulevard is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified
4 by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
5 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the
6 City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to
7 the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
8 Section 1 hereof.
9 Section 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final
10 approval of the plan.
11 Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
12 clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
13 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions
14 of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or
15 adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
16 Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
17 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of
18 such inconsistency.
