3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING
4 DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL
5 DISTRICT TITLED GADBERRY SHORT -FORM PD -R (Z- 8502),
6 LOCATED AT 720 ASH STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
7 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
8 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
11 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be
13 changed from R -5 to PD -R:
14
15 Lot 2 Block 20 Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
16 Pulaski County, Arkansas.

18 Section 2. That the approval of Gadberry Short-form PD -R (Z- 8502), located at 720
19 Ash Street is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions:
20 That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as
21 submitted, including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in
22 the Planning Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F
23 and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis in
24 paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the
25 Planning Commission Public Hearing as amended by the applicant.
26 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as
27 recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
28 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Gadberry Short-

approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 � o�'�'

I Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the
2 City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to
3 the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
4 Section 1 hereof.
5 Section 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final
6 approval of the plan.
7 Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
8 clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
9 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions
10 of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or
11 adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
12 Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
13 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of
14 such inconsistency.
