ORDINANCE NO. 20,178 Fees $20.00
AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
indicated:
Z -8494 — Described as a part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4; and a part of the
SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the
said SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and run thence N00 °40'22" East, along the East line
thereof, 16.54 feet to the North line of Sibley Hole Road; thence
N89 119'38" West, along the North line of said Sibley Hole Road, 457.82
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue N89 °19'38" West, along
said North right -of -way of Sibley Hole Road, 35.37 feet; thence leaving
said North right -of -way N16 °03'02" East, 632.98 feet to the South right -
of -way of Interstate No. 30; thence N66 °04'18" East, along the South line
of said Interstate No.30, 575.35 feet to the intersection of said South
right -of -way and the westerly flood way line of Nash Creek; thence along
the said Westerly flood way line the following choruses; S14 °11'13"
West, 108.31 feet; thence S54 °54'41" West, 551.29 feet; thence
S24 °05'42" West, 460.27 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.60
acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District (south side of Interstate 30, 400 feet east of Sibley

Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of
its passage and approval.

Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
ase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
laration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
lain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
•e not originally a part of the ordinance.
Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
insistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
