3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
9 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z -8493 — Described as Lot 1, Victory Addition to the City of Little Rock,
13 Pulaski County, Arkansas: From "R -2 "Single Family District and "I -2"
14 Light Industrial District to "C -3" General Commercial District (with
15 condition) (6510 Woodson Road).
16 Section 2. That the zoning of the above described property is subject to the following
17 condition which was proposed by the applicant for the property described in Section 1 of this
18 ordinance and which shall be covenants running with the land to bind subsequent grantees of the

property:
The following uses will not be permitted within the C -3 zoning:
• bar, lounge or tavern
• establishment for the care of alcoholic, narcotic or psychiat ,fir

Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
31 Section 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of
32 its passage and approval.
33 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
34 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
35 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
36 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
37 were not originally a part of the ordinance.

Section 6. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
,inconsistency.
