4 LITTLE ROCK PLANNING AREA AND RELATED MATTERS; 1[O REPEAL
5 ORDINANCE NO. 19,152; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, Act 180 of the 1957 General Assembly ofthe State of Arkansas untbodzca cities to
8 prepare and adopt u Master Street Plan; and
9 WHEREAS, the City of Little Qucb is in need of an up-to-date ouozprchoonive street plan for
lU adoption as u xtuternecd of intent concerning the growth and function of its mocat and highway pattern;
|] and as a means of securing for the City and its citizens the benefits of an official plan; and
12 WHEREAS, this street plan has been reviewed by the Traffic and Civil Engineering sections of the
13 Public Works Department and all concerns have been addressed; and
14 WHEREAS, the public beuUb, welfare and safety of the ukioona of Little Rock will be protected,
15 promoted and benefited hy the adoption o[ this Ordinance.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE0[ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
18 Section 1, The Master Street Plan text, providing information on the functional characteristics and
lA doai8u considerations which the City of Little Rock will use as the standards for roads, a listing ofroads
20 with alternative design, and other matters, is hereby adopted.

30 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining provisions of this
31 ordinance, uaif such invalid or unconstitutional provision were not originally a part ofthis ordinance.
32 Section 6, Repealer. All ordinances, resolutions, hvlun'o` and other matters inconsistent
