Part of the SEY4 SEY, Section 18, T -2 —N, R -13 —W, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of the SEX SEY4 of said Section 18;
thence West, a distance of 863.49 feet; thence North, a distance of
125.17 feet to the northerly right —of -way line of Arkansas Highway No. 10
and being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 88'51'00" W along said
northerly right —of —way line, a distance of 9.99 feet to the proposed east
right —of —way line of Condlewood Drive; thence along a curve to the right
having a Radius of 30.00 feet, on Arc Length 47.13 feet and a Chord
that bears N 43'50'28" W. a distance of 42.43 feet; thence N 01'10'03" E
