PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT /COUNTY CLERK 1 ORDINANCE NO. 20,077 Fees $40.00 7 3 AN ORDINANCE TO ABANDON CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS 4 LOCATED WITHIN LOT 1, INTERSTATE 430 OFFICE PARK ADDITION TO THE 5 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, LOCATED AT 2714 S. SHACKLEFORD 6 ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 WHEREAS, a request was made to vacate certain drainage and utility easements located within Lot 8 1, Interstate 430 Office Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, located at 2714 S. 9 Shackleford Road, pursuant to the City's general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. 5 14 -54- 10 104; and 11 WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the easements are located entirely within the 12 applicant's property, no other parties are affected by the easement abandonment, new easements 13 have been created and existing utilities and drainage facilities were relocated; 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE 15 ROCK, ARKANSAS: !G61 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons certain utility and drainage easements located within Lot 1, Interstate 430 Office Park Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as set forth in Attachment A hereto. Section 2. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the real estate records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in ex officio recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Section 3. Severabi(ity. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
