AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR
WRIGHT AVENUE BYPASS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Allison Presbyterian
Church until a future phase of development, or until the adjacent property along Wright
Avenue Bypass is developed. The property is located on the south side of Wright
Avenue Bypass at 922 Wright Avenue.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway
improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a
period of five (5) years, until a future phase of development, or until adjacent
development along Wright Avenue Bypass occurs, whichever occurs first. The
specific deferral is for constructing approximately 400 feet of 5 foot wide
sidewalk on the south side of Wright Avenue Bypass at 922 Wright Avenue.
Subsection b. Twenty (20) foot of radial right -of -way dedications at Wright Ave.
and Izard St., at Wright Ave. and Chester St., and at Wright Ave. Bypass and
Izard St. will be dedicated prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
