ORDINANCE NO. 19,989
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A REDUCTION OF
MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR
UNIVERSITY AVENUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for reduction of
certain right -of -way requirements within the Master Street Plan along University Avenue for Strode
Property Company as part of the Park Avenue Long -form PCD located at the northwest corner of St.
Vincent Circle and University Avenue.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to dedicate right of way to 55 feet
from the street centerline will be reduced to 50 feet minimum on University Avenue. The
specific reduction for dedication of right of way of width from 2 to 5 feet for approximately
775 linear feet on University Avenue as shown in the approved site development plan for the
Park Avenue Long -form PCD.
Subsection b. At the intersection of University Avenue and St. Vincent Circle, a 20 foot
radial right of way dedication will be required prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
Section 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
