ORDINANCE NO. 19944
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby
changed as indicated:
Z- 3371 -V — Described as part of Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 5, I -430 — Colonel Glenn
Commercial, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said corner lying on
the North right -of -way line of Bowman Plaza Drive; thence N53 °01'55"
West along said North right -of -way line, 208.60 feet; thence
Northwesterly continuing along said North right -of -way line being the arc
of a 60.00 foot radius curve to the right, a chord bearing and distance of
N13 °27'22" West, 76.45 feet to a point on the East right -of -way line of
David O. Dodd Road; thence Northerly along said East right -of -way line
being the arc of a 863.57 foot radius curve to the left, a chord bearing and
distance of N14'21'17" East, 352.18 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1,
said I -430 — Colonel Glenn Commercial; thence S87 °24'40" East along
the South line of said Lot 1, 15.10 feet; thence N65 °54'02" East
continuing along said South line, 338.77 feet to the Southeast corner of
said Lot 1; thence N24 °05'58" West along the East line of said Lot 1,
227.50 feet to the Northeast corner thereof, said corner lying on the South
right -of -way line of Colonel Glenn Road being 55.00 feet from the
centerline thereof, thence N65 °54'02" East along said South right -of -way
line, 217.07 feet; thence Southeasterly continuing along said South right -
of -way line being the arc of a 25.00 foot radius curve to the right, a chord
bearing and distance of S69 °22'09" East, 35.19 feet to a point on the West
right -of -way line of Colonel Glenn Court; thence S24 °38'21" East along
said West right -of -way line 32.32 feet; thence S03 °45'58" West, 627.49
feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 5, I -430 — Colonel Glenn
Commercial; thence S85 °14'52" West along said North line, 142.33 feet
to the Northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence S 13'30'11 " West along the

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after
the date of its passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the
ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of
such inconsistency.
