HomeMy WebLinkAbout19908ORDINANCE NO. 19,908 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -8285 — Described as part of Tract 31, Leigh- Butler Acres Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said Tract 31; thence along the East line of said Tract 31; thence NO3 °04'21" East a distance of 5.00' to the existing right -of -way of 65th Street; thence continuing NO3 °04'21" East a distance of 130.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N83 °58'36" West a distance of 205.49 feet; thence N26 °57'45" Fast a distance of 71.91 feet; thence with a curve turning to the left with an arc length of 64.41 feet; with a radius of 350.00 feet; with a chord bearing of N21 °41'26" East, with a chord length of 64.32 feet; thence S87 °13'44" East a distance of 155.56 feet; thence S03 °04'21" West a distance of 138.10 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.54 Acres more or less: From "1 -2" Light Industrial District to "C -3" General Commercial District. (6423 Geyer Springs Road) SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 4. Yeverability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
