HomeMy WebLinkAbout19739ORDINANCE NO. 19,739 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 4336 -CC — Described as part of Lot 4, Block 1, Fitzgerald's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 7, said Block l; thence East 46.67'; thence Northwesterly 98.98' to a point which is 2.22' South and 46.1' East of the Northwest corner of Lot 8, said Block 1; thence Westerly 49.45' to a point which is 2.48' South and 3.35' West of the Northwest corner of Lot 8, said Block 1; thence North 5.50' to the Point of Beginning; thence North 47.48' to a point which is 14.37' East of the Northeast corner of Lot 4, said Block 1; thence West along the North line of Lot 4, 97.37'; thence South 48.63' to a point; thence East 99.33' to the Point of Beginning containing 0.11 acres more or less: From "I -2" Light Industrial District to "0-2" Office and Institutional District. (North of 1520 West 10th Street) SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof. SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 4. &verability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
