HomeMy WebLinkAbout19711ORDINANCE NO. 19,711 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED PLATTED BUILDING LINE FOR CAPITOL LAKES ESTATES PRELIMINARY PLAT (5- 1100 -1), LOCATED ON COOPER ORBIT ROAD, SOUTH OF CAPITOL HILLS BOULEVARD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Capitol Lakes Estates Preliminary Plat (5- 1100 -I), located on Cooper Orbit Road, South of Capitol Hills Boulevard as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 256 for Capitol Lakes Estates Preliminary Plat (5- 1100 -I), located on Cooper Orbit Road, South of Capitol Hills Boulevard, to allow the development of lots with a reduced platted building line for Lot 6, Block 3, Lots 6 — 10, Block 12, Lots 29 — 32, Block 7 Capitol Lakes Estates Preliminary Plat. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
