HomeMy WebLinkAbout19706ORDINANCE NO. 19,706 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOTS WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE AND A VARIANCE TO ALLOW AN INCREASED LOT DEPTH TO WIDTH RATIO FOR THE COLONEL GLENN PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1518), LOCATED AT 14250 COLONEL GLENN ROAD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Colonel Glenn Preliminary Plat (5- 1518), located at 14250 Colonel Glenn Road as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31 -231 for the Colonel Glenn Preliminary Plat (5- 1518), located at 14250 Colonel Glenn Road, to allow the development of a lot without public street frontage for Lot 3 of the Colonel Glenn Preliminary Plat. Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(b) for the Colonel Glenn Preliminary Plat (S- 1518), located at 14250 Colonel Glenn Road, to allow the development of a lot with an increased lot depth to width ratio for Lot 3 of the Colonel Glenn Preliminary Plat. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
