ORDINANCE NO. 19,705
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR COLONEL GLENN
ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan until the adjacent property along Colonel Glenn
Road is developed for Bill Stephens, Entergy Arkansas, at 14250 Colonel Glenn Road.
Subsection a.Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway improvements
to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of five (5) years or
until adjacent development along Colonel Glenn Road occurs whichever occurs first. The
specific deferral is for improving Colonel Glenn Road as part of the Colonel Glenn Replat along
the frontage of the property at 14250 Colonel Glenn Road to minor arterial standards including
widening, curb, gutter, sidewalk, access ramps, and street lights.
Subsection b. On Colonel Glenn Road, a 45 foot right of way dedication from centerline
along the frontage of the property at 14250 Colonel Glenn Road will be required prior to
approval of the final plat.
Section 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
