ORDINANCE NO. 19,703
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR GERMAN ROAD;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan until the adjacent property along German Road is
developed for Famus and Barbara Bradford at 10204 German Road located west of Ark. State Hwy 365
and south of Stinker Road.
Subsection a.Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway improvements
to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of five (5) years or
until adjacent development along German Road occurs whichever occurs first. The specific
deferral is for improving German Road as part of the Bradford Subdivision Preliminary Plat
along the frontage of the property on German Road to collector standards including widening,
curb, gutter, sidewalk, access ramps, and street lights.
Subsection b. On German Road, a 30 foot right of way dedication from centerline along the
frontage of the property on the west side of German Road located west of Ark. State Hwy. 365
and south of Stinker Road will be required prior to approval of the final plat.
Section 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
