ORDINANCE NO. 19,685
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19,536 OF THE
CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORRECTING A CLERICAL ERROR
THEREIN.
WHEREAS, on June 6, 2006, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, (the "City ") enacted Ordinance No. 19,536 authorizing the issuance of the
City's Taxable Variable Rate Demand Revenue Bonds (Ringwood Containers, L.P.
Project) Series 2006A and 2006B (the "Authorizing Ordinance "); and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Authorizing Ordinance for the purpose
of correcting a clerical error therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS that:
Section 1. The Authorizing Ordinance is hereby amended by replacing the date
of "September 1, 2006" found in the third line of the second paragraph of Section 2 with
the date of "August 1, 2016 ".
