AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO ED REGITZ TO CONSTRUCT A GARAGE
AT THE REAR OF 1512 Scott Street AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That permission is hereby granted Ed Regitz to build a one
story garage at the rear of the pro 'erty located at 1512 Scott Street
three walls of said garage to be of brick nine inches in thickness.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are;
hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the date of its passage.
