ORDINANCE NO. 4536
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,13.5.00 FROM THE PARK
FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,135.00, or as much
thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the
Park Fund of the City of Little Rock for the purchase of the
following equipment, the Mayor and the City Clerk being hereby
authorized to issue the City's warrants therefor, payable to
the following parties in the amounts named:
Philadelphia Motor Mowers Company:
1 Ride Type Gasoline Mower $ 510.00
Bale Chevrolet Company:
2 Chevrolet Trucks and Cabs,
12 Ton,Equipped each with
a Superior Dump Body of
1 1/9 Yard Capacity 11625.00
the mower to be f. o. b. factory and the truck equipment f. o.
Little Rock.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
