AN ORDINANCE ALI'HORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARI: OF PTBLIC AFFAIRS TO MITER
INTO A CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, VJTH RAY Y.TINDER, FOR
THE PLMPOSE OF CONSTItUCTING, MAINTA11UNG AND OPERATING MMIATLIZ GOLF COLRSLS
IN THE CITY PARK AND IN FAIR PARK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAITTED BY = CITE' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTL ROCl :
Section 1. The 3oard of Public affairs of the City of Little Rock
is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with RAY LINDER,
his heirs, personal representatives and assigns, granting to the said i�AY "IIN-
DER, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns, the right, privilege and
authority to construct, maintain and operate, for a period of not exceeding
six (6) years from contract date, an eighteen -hole miniature golf course in
the Little hock: City Park, and an eighteen -hole miniature golf course in Fair
Park, in this City, on locations to be selected by the said RAY ti"IIN ER, with
the approval of the Parks Coianittee of the City of Little Rock, for a con-
sideration to be paid to the City of ten per cent (10;x) of the gross receipts
in fees received for playing on such golf courses, said contract to contain
such other provision or provisions as may be deemed necessary in the discre-
tion of the Board of Public Affairs to insure the proper construction and
operation of such golf courses.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
