ORDINANCE N0. 4521
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,990.44, FROM THE AIRPORT,
FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL FUND, TO REIMBURSE THE GENERAL REVENUE
FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, The following amounts have been paid from the
General Revenue Fund of the City of Little Rock, in connection
with the $555,000.00 issue of airport, fire equipment, and
hospital bonds, dated November 1, 1929:
Arkansas Democrat (legal advertising, etc.) $ 246.33
Arkansas Gazette (advertising) 66.45
Bond Buyer (advertising) 52.50
Special Election (August 19, 1929) 507.93
Reynolds Stamp Company 1.50
Expense of Mayor, City Clerk and
City Treasurer to Chicago j0p
Bankers Trust Company (certifying bonds) 555.00
Central Printing Company (printing bonds and
proposals) 235.50
Rose, Hemingway Cantrell & Loughborough
(legal services] .00
TOTAL .................... $ 2,990.44
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY_ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,990.44 be, and the
same is hereby, appropriated out of the Airport, Fire Mquipue j,,
and Hospital Fund for the purpose of reimbursement of the General
Fund for the expenditures above mentioned: and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to issue
the City's warrant therefor, payable to 0. D. Hadfield; City

Treasurer, who will deposit the funds received from said warrant
in the General Revenue Fund of the City of Little Rook.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
