4 7 (t/. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NOM KNOWN AS THE
INSTALLION CODE FOR MULTIPLE REFRIGERATING —STEMS AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT.ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROGL:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No.q.�L�be
amended to read as follows: The term "Multiple Refrigerating
0*441 �. a ae ue.ed in this section shall mean and include all seahau�eb�
refrigeration systems (except public ice plants or cold storage
.plants installed under the supervision of a licensed engineer and
maintained by a competent licensed engineer) in which the refrigerant
used'in the system is distributed from a common source to two or
more separate cabinets, each containing one or more evaporators, and
this installation code shall include and all of its provisions
apply not only in oases of multiple installations as hereinbefore
defined, but also in all other cases where mechanical refrigeration#
of any type except self contained units, is installed in any public
c.ommereial building in the City of Little Rock.
section 2. That section 4 of Ordinance No U be amended z
by having the last sentence in said section read as follows: It is
suggested that carbon dioxide or nitrogen shall be used for test

Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective from and after
its passage.
