ORDINANCE NO. 4519.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERIVTISSION TO USE A PART OF MARKHAM STREET NORTH
OF EAST SEVENTY -FIVE (75) FEET OF LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE (1), STIFF'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
Section 1. liotor vehicles shall be allowed to park on
that part of the sidewalk lying immediately north of the north line of
the east seventy -five (75) feet of Lot one (1), Block oiie (1), of Stiff's
Addition to the City of Little Hock, Arkansas, which is sitaated at
Markham and Woodrow Streets in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for
the purpose of delivering or receiving gasoline and other petroleum
products.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only in so far, However, as they
-qffect the use of the sidewalk at said point, and this ordinance shall
take effect from and after its passage.
