ORDINANCE N0. 4515.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17 OF ORDINANCE NO. 39139
AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 4411, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 17_ of Ordinance No. 3913
as amended by Ordinance No. 4413), be amended in its entirety to
read as follows:
"Section 17. BOULEVARDS. The following streets shall be
boulevards:
BROADWAY from Markham Street to Twenty- fourth Street;
,FOURTEENTH STREET from College Street to Park Avenue;
BATTERY STREET from Seventh Street to Wright Avenue;
TRIAD STREET from the,
Rock Island depot west across the
viaduct, turning nor*- at ,-- Summit Avenue and continuing
northwest onto RARKI" STREET at Barton Street, and
thence west to Cedar Street;
1PINW102 ATZVZ from its intersection with Yarkhaa5'8 =eet"
to and including its intersection with North Hayes Street;
;AST NINTH STEM from Rain Street to College Street,
inclusive; and
WEST EIGHTH STREET from Main Street to Summit Avenue,
inclusive."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage, and all ordinances and parts
of ordinances, only insofar as they conflict herewith,are repealed.
