Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
zed and directed to enter into a contract with Mrs.
Arts for the purchase of the fractional block 152
the original city of Little Rock for the sum of Twenty
Hundred and Fifty ($2750) Dollars.
Section 2. That said fractional block, when acquired
the City of Little Rock shall be added to and become a part
oflthe City Park and the sum of $2750.00 is hereby appropriated
of the funds now on hand in the Park Rind and on completion
aid contract of purchase, the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute a warrant in said amount in payment
therefor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
and after its passage.
