AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE ARKANSAT WATER COMPANY TO INSTALL
AN EIGHT (8O) INCH LINE SOUTHWARD IN CROSS STREET FROWTHE.
END OF ITS PRESENT EIGHT (8")INCH LINE AT WEST 17TH STREET
TO PEST 18th STREET AND INSTALL THEREON ONE STANDARD LUDLOW
FIRE HYDRANT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION A. The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby ordered
and directed to install an eight (811) inch line southward
in Cross Street from the end of its present eight (8")
inch line at West 17th Street to WAst 18th Street, and
install thereon one standard Ludlow Fire Hydrant at the
following location:
Southwest corner of Cross and West 18th Streets.
SECTION 2. This line and hydrant are ordered in accord-
ante with Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed August
13, 1923 and as amended by Ordinance No. 3442 passed
March 24, 1924, and as amended by Ordinance No. 4356 passed
July 91 1928.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar
as they conflict with this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
