,, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 4430 OF THE ORDIUNCES
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,PASSED MAY 20,1929•
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
otion 1. That Ordinance #4430 of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock be and the same is hereby amended by the
Section 1 -A.
addition of the following section thereto: "/That the City
Treasurer is hereby directed to deposit the Thirty Seven
Thousand Five Hundred ($37,500) Dollars received from the sale
of Kavanaugh Field in some bank or banks in the City of Little
Rock who will pay interest on said deposit at the rate of Three
(0) per cent on daily balance in said bank and that said bank
or banks will furnish proper security to the City Treaswer
guaranteeing the safe keeping of said funds while on deposit
in said bank or banks.N
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after date of its passage.
