AN ORDINANCE DIRECTIVG THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH PETTIT- GALLOWAY COMPANY FOR INSTALLA -1
TION OF A HEATING SYSTEM AT PUBLIC LIBRARY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.,
WHEREAS, Bids have been received for installation
of a heating system at the Public Library and it has been ascer-
tained that the Pettit - Galloway Company are the lowest bidders:
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS:
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs be
authorized to enter into a contract with the Pettit - Galloway
Company for installation of a heating system at the Public Library.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
