Whereas, more titan ten (10) otivners of real property
in that portion of t-:e city of Little Rock, county of Pulaski,
state of tirkansas, hereinafter described, have petitioned the
City Council of said city to tame steps toi,arc1 the making of
a local im±lroveiTient in said city by forming said territory
into an improvement district for the purpose hereinafter set
forth.
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council
of the city of Little Rocks Pulaski County, nri:ansas:
Section 1, That all the real property situated
within the folloviing boundaries, to -cjit:
Beginning at, the Southwest (SVV) corner
of Block Sixteen (16) in Sidney J. Johnson's
Addition to the city of Little Rock,
Pulaski County rrkansas .
Running thence 'North (N) to the Northwest (1XV)
corner of Block Three (3) in said Addition;
Running thence East (E) to the Northwest (N.')
corner of Block Two (2) in said Addition;
Running thence South (S) to the Northwest (N;:')
corner of Lot Seven (7) in said Block Two (2);
Running thence East (E) to the Northeast CITE)
corner of Lot Twelve (12) in said Block T1,vo (9);
Running L -honce South (S) to the Southeast (SE)
corner. of Block Fifteen (15) in said ",ddition;
Running thence West (71) to the Southwest (S01)
corner of Block Sixteen (16) in said Addition,
the point of beginning;
be, and the same hereby is, laid off and f orr:ed into a local
improvement district for the purpose of constructing a system
of sanitary sewers of such materials, in such a. manner and in
such locations as the -om• issio1_ers of to e district sl: all deem
it to be for the best interest of the district, and the lines
of said sewers may extend beyond the boundaries of the district
for an outlet, if' the commissioners of the district shall deem
it to be for the best interests of the district, and may termin-
ate in such outlet as the commissioners of the district shall
deem to be for the best interest of the district; and if the com-
mismioners shall deem it to be for the best interests of the
district, a septic tank, a cess pool or other disposal device
may be constructed at such a -place, in such manner and of such
materials as tire commissioners shall deem to be for the best
interests of-the district; and th£a t said district s'-all be
designated as "Sewer Improve lent District T'?o.115 of the city
of Little ?oc__, Pulaski county, Arkansas."

Section_ 2. That this orc3 finance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after passage, and all ordinances
and parts of ordirances in conflict herewith hereby are re-
pealed.
Section 3. That the city clerk of the city of Little
Ro*k, Pulaski county, state of r.r -aY sas, be, and he hereby
is, directed to publish this ordinance in some newspaper
published in the city of Little Rock, Pulaski county, Arkansas,
for one (1) insertion, within twenty (20) days after the
passage of this ordinance.
