ORDINANCE N0. 44e1 .
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4474, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4474 be
amended to read in its entirety as follows:
"Section 1. PERMIT AND FEE. Before any multiple
refrigerating system,as defined in this section, shall hereafter
be installed in any building in the City of Little Rock, a permit
for such installation shall be secured from the Plumbing Inspector.
The fee for such permit shall be as follows:
Roughing Inspection.................. 1.00
For Each Evaporator Installed........ 1.00
Final Oerti ` oa -° sf Inspection...... 1.00"
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage, and all ordinances or parts
of ordinances, only insofar as they conflict herewith, are hereby
repealed.
