NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Sec. 1. That the several blocks, lots and parcels of real
property in said district be assessed according to the assessee #t
list for said improvement district as the same now remains in the
office of the City Clerk, and as the same may be annually readjusted
by the board of assessors, and that six and two- thirds (6 2/3%) per
oestum on each of said blocks, lots and parcels shall be paid
s.;c" ly on or before the first day of October of each of the years
1-901 to 1943, inclusive.
Sea. Ze That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
