AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE GRANT OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY OF H. A. MARTIN, JR., AND FEAR MARTIN, HIS WIFE, TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE AGCY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, H. A. Martin, Jr.; and Fern Martin, his
wife, grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR
( #1.00), paid by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, grantee, have
sold and conveyed unto the said City of Little Rock the following
lands lying in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Block 5,
McGehee's Addition to the City of Little Rook, thence west along
the south line of Lot 1 thirty -two (32) feet, thence north to
the northeast corner of Lot 1, thence in a southeasterly direction
to the point of beginning £ therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY 0OV=L OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That the transfer by the said
owners of the above described property to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, be, and the same is, hereby accepted by the City of
Little Rock.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
