DISTRICT No 512 OF TT'CI TY OF
LITTLc1 ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHMEA,S, parties claiming to be the owners of a majority in assessed
value of the property located within the territory hereinafter described have
gd . a petition praying that an _ovement district be astabliahsd for.
`purpose hereinafter set out.
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City Council of the
City of Little Rock has heard all parties desiring to be heard, and has
ascertained that said petition was signed by a- majority of wore than fifty
per Cent. in assessed value . of the owners of real property within said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Littie bock, Arkansas;
Sec. 1. There is hereby established an improvement district embracing
the following property;
All Block 21; Lots 10; 11, ^,nd 12, in Block 22;
All in Fulton Addition.
Lots 1 to 14, inclusive, in Block 28;
Lots 114 to 26, inclusive, in Block 27;
All in Fulton South Addition.

Lots 14 to 26, inclusive, in Block'3;
All in Deshon Addition.
Lots 13 to 24, inclusive, in Block 2;
Lots 1 to 12, inclusive, in Block 3;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 4;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block 5;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block 6;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 7;
All in Liberty sill Addition,
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and paving Center
Street from Pest 23rd_ Street to West 31st Street, in sach ma -.ner and with such
materials as the conznissioners to be appointed shall deter_rine to be for the
best interests of the district.
Said district shall be Imown as Street Improvement District No. 512 of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and H. B. Solinson, A. 0. Alexander, and
A• 01 Coulter are hereby named con= ssioners, who s' -all compose the Board of
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
