Section 1. That the City Engjneer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to issue to The Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway
Company a permit to construct a frame addition to its office
building, within the fire limits, in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, upon the location and in accordance with the plans
and application for permit now on file in his office, upon the `4
payment to him of the necessary permit fee.
Section 2. That all.ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance be, and they axe hereby, expressly
repealed.
