AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT TO THE BANKERS TRUST COMPANY
TO ERECT-A WAREHOUSE AT 815 LOUISIANA STREET AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
� HN IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE 80011
Section 1. A permit is hereby granted to the Bankers Trust
Company of Little Rock, Arkansas to erect a building to be used as
a warehouse for the storage of tile and marble at 815 Louisiana
Street, the same to be one story in height, dimensions 25'feet
by 70 feet, with concrete floor, galvfuisod iron side and end walls
and with composition roofing, said building to be located at least
forty (40) feet west of the rear of the buildings situated in the
same block and fronting on Main Street.
Section 2. This permit shall be granted upon the payment of
the usual fees as are now provided by ordinance for such bvildjn*90- -'1
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in so far
as they conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
