ORDINANCE NO. 4455•
AN ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE ERECTION OF A DRIVE -IN FILLING
STATION AT THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF MARKHAM AND BROADWAY STREET
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROM
Section I. Permit is hereby granted to the Spur Distributing
Company to erect and build a drive -in'gasoline and oil filling
station on Lot 7, Block 100, City of Little Rock, further dis-
cribed as the North East Corner of Markham and Broadway Street.
Section 2. It shall be lawful to make one driveway on Markham
Street_ feet in width, and two driveways on Broadway Street
I� feet in width,for the convenience of said filling station.
Section 3. Tn consideration of the annual rental of
the right of easement is hereby granted to the Spur Distributing
Company for a period of Fifteen (15) years, to lay a pipe line
ide of- street curb from said filling station to spur track of,
he Missouri Pacific Railway Company north of said filling station.
Section 4. That permit is hereby granted to raise center sign
)card so as to stand immediately above filling station building.
Section 5. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
-.onflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, if accepted
within thirty (30) days from date of approval by the Spur Die-
tributing Company.
