BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE', CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,AR'r . :
SECTION 1: THAT Boyle Realty Company, owner of the East
Hundred and Three feet of Lot Eleven, Block Eighty Tive, Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, beinc, fifty feet frontage on South
Louisiana Street, be, and it is hereby, granted permission to
excavate under the sidewalk on South Louisiana Street adjacent tp,
the above described property, to a line twelve feet east of the
east property line of Lot Eleven and parallel thereto beginning
approximately ten feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot Eleven
and extending Abrth a distance of twenty -five feet.
The right is also granted to Boyle Realty Company, its
successors and assigns, to construct and maintain in the above
described area for a period of ninety -nine years from the date of
the passage and approval of this ordinance, substructures and
basement of such buildings as may now stand or may hereafter be
erected on said lot.
There is reserved to the City of Little Pock and its
assigns the right to use for the sole purpose of laying and main-
taining public utility pipes and conduits as part of a system
occupying sirailar space on adjacent property, all the area more than
ten feet east of the east property line of Lot Eleven in the above
described area to a depth of three feet measured from the present
surface of the sidewalk.
SECTION 2,:; THAT the Board of Public Affairs, of the City
of Little Rock, is hereby authorized and instructed to enter into
and complete a lease for the use of the above mentioned areas for
substructures, hnd basement by Boyle Realty Company, its successors
and assigns, for a period of ninety -nine years from the date of the
passage and approval of this ordinance, at the rental of One Dollar
a year.

SECTION 3: TIULT excavation in the above described areas
and the maintenance of substructures and basements therein previous
to the date of the passage and approval of this ordinance are
hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
3.�CTIOhT 4: ITT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they affect
this ordinance.
