ORDINANCE N0. 44351.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION FOR THE ERECTION
OF A GASOLINE FILLING STATION AT 823 SCOTT STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCL:
Section 1. That permission be, and is hereby,
granted for the erection of a gasoline filling station at 823
Scott Street, and the City Engineer is hereby instructed to
issue the necessary permits therefor, upon payment of the usual
fees and upon filing of approved plans and specifications.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances, only insofar as they conflict herewith, are hereby
repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
