AN O10TNANCE REDUCING THE RATE OF COLLECTION
IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 493 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, The annual rate of collection in
Street Improvement District No. 493 is now eight per cent
(8°) , which will produce more money than is needed for the
bonds and interest maturities; therefore,
IT IS I10W ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the said several lots,
blocks or other subdivisions of land within said Street
Improvement District No. 493 be, and they are hereby,
assessed according to the assessment list for said improve-
ment district as the same now remains in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the same -may
be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that
seven per cent ( 7�) of said assessments of the value of the
benefits on each of said lots, blocks, or other subdivisions
of land in said district shall be paid annually on or before
the let day of November of each year, beginning November 1,
1929, until the whole of said assessments has been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
