agrees that it shall be perpetually named and called.
"Boyle Park ", and that in theEvent that said lands or
any part thereof be abandoned as said park or said
name be changed from "Bogle Park ", said deed shall
be null and void, and the title to all of said lands
shall revert to said Jorin F. Boyle, his heirs and
assigns.
Section 2. That this ordinance be in force and taste effect from
and after its passage.
