ORDINANCE N0. 4429
AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE LEASE OF KAVANAUGH FIELD TO THE
LITTLE ROCK BASEBALL ASSOCIATION AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
Section L. That the contract of lease made by and between
the City-of Little Rock and the Little Rock Baseball Association
for the lease of Kavanaugh Field, entered into on thel G.6 day of
March, 1925, expiring March 16,1930, be and. the same is hereby
extended to October 1,1930, under the same terms agreed upon in
lease ending March 16,1930.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
